Hey there! I’m Austin Pacholek — a worship musician, band leader, and passionate piano coach.
I didn’t start piano as a kid like most. I picked it up later in life — but thanks to the mentorship of world-class instructors, my entire musical trajectory changed. What began as a late start turned into over a decade of focused playing, deep study, and leading bands in worship and performance settings.
Now I help others experience that same breakthrough. Whether you want to learn chords, develop an amazing ear so you can play what you hear, or build that natural “feel” that great players have — I’ve developed a system that blends structure with freedom, designed to help you grow faster and enjoy the process every step of the way.
